Geography fail: Senator Tom Cotton warns Iran has to be stopped because ‘they already control Tehran’

Now, I am not a geography major or buff. But, this is the dumbing down of the legislative branch! The more that some of the 47 Senators open their mouths to defend signing the letter to Iran, the more they look more stupid and unqualified they are to be elected to office! Now, here is what Senator Tom Cotton said to Face the Nation’s host Bob Schieffer this morning what he expects if the Iran-White House falls through:

Schieffer: What do you want to happen here? What is your alternative here? Let’s say that the deal falls through, then what?

Cotton: Well as Prime Minister Netanyahu said, the alternative to a bad deal is a better deal. The Iranians frequently bluff to walk away from the table. if they bluff this week, call their bluff. The Congress stands ready to impose much more severe sanctions. Moreover we have to stand up to Iran’s attempts to drive for regional dominance. They already control Tehran increasingly they control Damascus and Beirut and Baghdad and now Sana’a as well. They do all that without a nuclear weapon. imagine what they would do with a nuclear weapon.

Let’s pause and let’s go to the map of the Middle East:

Veterans Mortgage Servicer, Where’s the Access, Choice and Accountability

From Save America’s Veterans & Troops website:

Is Your Mortgage Servicer A Terrorist Or A Patriot? Veterans are far more afraid of and terrorized by Bank of America mortgage servicing, its Board of Directors, its employees, than any 911 terrorist. Veterans are VA (Veterans Affairs) staff. 99% of our VA care last 40+ years excellent, while only 50% of our mortgage servicer posting of our mortgage payments has been correct since 2006, and 1% of our mortgage servicer’s customer service has been excellent since 2006.

A terrorist a person who terrorizes or frightens others.

To terrorize is to create and maintain a state of extreme fear and distress in (someone); to fill with terror.

Terror is extreme fear.

Where’s the Access, Choice and Accountability in Veterans Mortgage Servicer?

Veterans want access, choice and accountability in our mortgage servicers. Veterans don’t have Access, Choice and Accountability in their mortgage servicers. Veterans have NO choice in who services our mortgage(s). Veterans want access, choice and accountability in our mortgage servicers. Veterans want to make the mortgage servicers work for Veterans.

Veterans are far more afraid of and terrorized by Bank of America mortgage servicing, its Board of Directors, its employees, than any 911 terrorist. Make the mortgage servicers work for Veterans.

What the &$%*???: Sausalito Gas Station in CA Pumps Up Gas Prices to Nearly $8 A Gallon

gas

It sounds like someone’s idea of a cruel joke: gas for $8 a gallon. And in Sausalito this week, that was exactly the case.

Bridgeway Gas Station on Thursday had its premium unleaded gas going for $7.99 a gallon. Prices came down a bit Friday, but nowhere near Bay Area averages.

While it defies logic and fairness, the owner said he increased prices because he is tired of people complaining about how much they have to pay for gas.

Locals said the owner has been at it for months.

Read on.

According to Yelp, this gas station is only ranked 1 star:

Inside The Federal Reserve: “Money For Nothing” – The Full Movie

From the film’s official website:

MONEY FOR NOTHING is a feature-length documentary about the Federal Reserve – made by a Team of AFI, Sundance, and Academy Award winners – that seeks to unveil America’s central bank and its impact on our economy and our society.

Current and former top economists, financial historians, and investors and traders provide unprecedented access and take viewers behind the curtain to debate the future of the world’s most powerful financial institution.

Digging beneath the surface of the 2008 crisis, Money For Nothing is the first film to ask why so many facets of our financial system seemed to self-destruct at the same time. For many economists and senior Fed officials, the answer is clear: the same Fed that put out 2008’s raging financial fire actually helped light the match years before.

As the global financial system continues to falter, the Federal Reserve finds itself at a crossroads. The choices it makes will greatly influence the kind of world our children and grandchildren inherit. How can the Federal Reserve steer our nation toward a more sustainable path? How can the American people – who the Fed was created to serve – influence an institution whose inner workings they may not understand?

The key tenet underlying Money For Nothing is our belief that a more fully and accurately informed public will promote greater accountability and more effective policies from our central bank – no matter the conclusions any individual draws from the film.

Ocwen must face claims it wrongly denied mortgage help – ruling

(Reuters) – A federal judge has ruled that a class action can go forward accusing Ocwen Loan Servicing and Litton Loan Servicing of consumer fraud for allegedly violating agreements to help homeowners avoid foreclosures during the housing crisis.

Judge Edgardo Ramos in U.S. District Court in Manhattan ruled Wednesday that Ocwen must face breach of contract claims and both servicers must face claims they violated the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
