Real estate listings service Zillow reportedly just settled several employee-led lawsuits, according to this article in L.A. Biz
It also settled a class action lawsuit concerning overtime pay. That suit, allegedly including up to 120 workers, accused Zillow of pressuring them into to coming to work early, working through lunch and staying late.
According to the article, Zillow didn’t disclose terms and admits no wrongdoing.
The OC Register covered it as well.
In one case, a former employee of Zillow filed suit against the online real estate giant, alleging that she was subjected to “the most heinous acts of sexual harassment imaginable” during her time at the company. Zillow vigorously denies the claims that alleged inappropriate behavior of any kind is practiced, much less allowed, at any of its locations.
